Refunds & Returns

Our goal at JustVape365 is to make all our customers truly happy after every transaction. You may return unopened and unused items within 14 days of receiving them for a full refund or to swap them. To qualify, every returned product needs to remain in its original packaging, still be in condition to be re-sold and come with proof of purchase.

Refunds are made using the same payment method you used and can take between 5 and 7 days to reach your account. You, the customer, are responsible for the postage back to the company unless the goods are faulty or the mistake is with us.
