Delivery Information
At Just Vape 365, we aim to dispatch and deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Delivery Days
We dispatch and deliver orders on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Friday, or at any time during the weekend, will be processed and dispatched on the next working day (usually Monday).
Same-Day Dispatch
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday to Friday) are eligible for same-day dispatch.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be dispatched on the next working day.

Next Day Delivery
If you select a Next Day Delivery service, orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be dispatched on the following working day.
Please note that delivery services are estimated and not guaranteed.
International Shipping
We ship to selected international destinations using Royal Mail International services.
Estimated delivery time for international orders is 7–9 business days, although delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs processing, and local postal services.
Delivery Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Our trusted delivery partners include Royal Mail and DPD.
Age Verification
Just Vape 365 sells age-restricted products and only supplies products to customers aged 18 years or over.
We reserve the right to request age verification before dispatching an order, if deemed necessary. In some cases, our delivery partners may also require proof of age upon delivery.
Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age may result in cancellation of your order.
Delivery Process
If a parcel cannot fit through your letterbox and no one is available to accept delivery, the courier may:
- Leave the parcel in a designated safe place;
- Deliver it to a neighbour;
- Attempt redelivery; or
- Take it to a local collection point.
Any action taken by the courier will normally be reflected within the tracking information.
Proof of Delivery
An order will be considered successfully delivered when tracking information provided by the courier confirms delivery to the address supplied during checkout.
Lost, Missing or Stolen Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us with your order number and tracking information.
Where a parcel is confirmed as delivered by the courier, our responsibility for the shipment is considered fulfilled.
If a parcel is lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed, we are unable to accept liability for the loss. We recommend contacting the courier directly, as they may be able to assist further.
Preventing Parcel Theft
To help reduce the risk of theft, we recommend:
- Choosing a delivery address where someone is available to receive the parcel.
- Using a courier safe place only when appropriate.
- Monitoring tracking updates regularly.
- Collecting parcels promptly after delivery.
Customs, Duties & International Orders
Customers ordering products for delivery outside the United Kingdom are responsible for ensuring that the products they purchase are legal to import and possess within their destination country.
You are responsible for complying with all local laws and regulations relating to the importation of vaping products and any other goods purchased from our website.
Import Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, customs charges, VAT, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Just Vape 365 has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs authority before placing an order.
Customs Refusals & Returns
If an international shipment is refused, detained, or rejected by customs and subsequently returned to us, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
Once the returned items have been received and inspected, and provided they remain in a resalable condition, customers may choose either:
- A refund of the product value (excluding original shipping charges); or
- Re-dispatch of the order at the customer's expense.
Delivery Delays
While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, including:
- Courier network disruptions
- Adverse weather conditions
- Customs inspections
- Public holidays
- Industrial action or strikes
- High seasonal demand
We appreciate your patience and understanding should any such delays occur.
